SUMMARY:Coastal Communities 101 + Field Trip to Sapelo!
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a FREE CE course on Coastal Communities\, everything you need to know! \n\nThis course will demonstrate how to effectively address a client's environmental concerns\, which are crucial to selling real estate in Georgia's coastal zone. It will give easy-to-access resources and tools for real estate practitioners who are selling Coastal Georgia property and who often receive questions from clients about topics such as flood insurance\, community resiliency\, landscaping techniques\, and stormwater management concerns. These are key coastal issues which many real estate professionals should know where to find reliable resources on\, in order to properly advise their clients during a sale\, as well as to maintain a reputation as a knowledgeable member of the community to whom new residents seek information.\n\nThe course is free\, BUT the instructor offers a field trip to Sapelo Island to see first hand what is discussed in class! You will take a ferry over and have a lunch provided for $29! (The ferry is $15 and a boxed lunch is $14!) There HAS to be a minimum of 15 people to go on the field trip!
