Rookie of the Year Nomination Form

This award recognizes a REALTOR® for excelling during their first two years in real estate.

Period of consideration: 

Nominee must have entered the real estate profession no longer than two (2) years before December 31st, 2025 (i.e. no earlier than January 1, 2024). The nominee must be a current and active member in good standing with the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® and must have been a member from January 1st to December 31st, 2025.

Nomination Info:

1. Last year’s Rookie of the Year winner is not eligible for consideration.
2. You may not nominate yourself
3. Nominations cannot be submitted anonymously.
4. Your Nomination must be a minimum of 50 words to be considered.
5. The number of nominations submitted for an individual will not be considered, duplicate information will be combined
6. The committee reserves the right to submit nominees for other awards for which they qualify.
7. The winner will be announced at the 88th Annual GIAR Awards Banquet on March 27, 2026
