Table Reservation Form

86th Annual Awards & Circle of Excellence Banquet

Table Reservation Info:

-Please, only one reservation form per table

-Each Table has a maximum of 10 seats

-You do not need to fill an entire table to submit a table reservation form

-Each person listed must be registered individually through GrowthZone and any Non-member guest tickets must be paid for.

-Please confirm with each person listed below that he or she has agreed to attend, or that individual will be billed $75 for a no-show in accordance with the GIAR Awards Cancellation Policy.

Table reservations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to change to ensure all registrants have a seating assignment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Please read carefully

-All reservations and cancellations must be made no later than February 29th, 2024 by 5:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

-Any REALTOR® members or Affiliates canceling after the cut-off date will be sent an invoice for the cost of a guest ticket ($75) due upon receipt.

-Any guest cancellations after the cut-off date will not be refunded the cost of the ticket.

-All of the above will not apply to Affiliate sponsors that have allotted tickets provided them with the sponsorship contribution.
