2023 REALTOR® of the Year Nomination Form

The Association’s highest honor recognizes a member for their civic, business, and industry related activities and achievements in the 12 months prior to the award’s presentation. 

Period of consideration: January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. Nominee must be a current and active member in good standing of the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® and must have been a member from January 1st to December 31st of the nomination year.

Nomination Info:

1. The past two (2) REALTOR® of the Year winners are not eligible for consideration
2. The GIAR Board President is not eligible for consideration
3. You may not nominate yourself
4. Nominations cannot be submitted anonymously.
5. Your Nomination must be a minimum of 50 words to be considered.
6. The number of nominations submitted for an individual will not be considered, duplicate information will be combined
7. Deduction of points will be taken if a member attended a state and/or national convention and was partially or fully reimbursed by the Association.
8. The committee reserves the right to submit nominees for other awards for which they qualify.
9. The winner will be announced at the 85th Annual GIAR Awards Banquet on Feb.10, 2023
